What I Do: As the managing principal, I am responsible for business development and running all aspects of a successful agency. I work directly with clients to provide the insight and guidance they need to achieve their goals. My greatest responsibility is keeping my clients happy by delivering strategic marketing solutions that create value and impact.

Why I Do It: There is excitement and satisfaction in creating unified and meaningful brands, effective marketing programs and materials and fresh, imaginative designs that help clients reach their goals. This is a fun and challenging business. I’€™m privileged to share it with a talented team and great clients.

Passions: Fine art, art shows, cars and car racing, music, my family

What Inspires Me: Creative and expressive artwork that tells a story, captures a moment and excites the mind or stirs the senses.

Before Swimmer: Emphasis Seven Communications, Design Works, DePaul University

What I Do: I am responsible for directing and managing the design team, providing brand, design and marketing leadership and insight. My goal is to make sure we achieve the client’€™s needs and provide imaginative and impactful marketing solutions and designs, on time and on budget.

Why I Do It: I have always loved the various expressions of design –€“ the shape and interplay of elements. What is really satisfying is to be able to take an idea or vision and turn it into an integrated program or communication vehicle that creates real impact for our clients.

Passions: Great design, Frank Lloyd Wright architecture, garden design, travel

What Inspires Me: Unique approaches to design and solving problems, when imagination and strategic thinking combine to create exciting outcomes.
